Uptime & ping monitoring

Know the moment your site goes down. 5-minute HTTP pings on all plans detect SITE_DOWN and UNAVAILABLE states. Uptime percentage tracked and displayed on your status page.

Asset validation

Every JS bundle, stylesheet, image, and font on your pages is checked for HTTP status and MIME type. A 404'd script or wrong content type gets flagged immediately.

Security header grading

5 security headers analyzed automatically — HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, and Referrer-Policy. Contributes 25% of your quality score.

Redirect chain detection

Redirect loops, excessive hop chains, and host drift are caught and reported with full visualization of each hop.

MIME type verification

Assets served with the wrong Content-Type are flagged. Browsers silently block mismatched MIME types — Sitewatch doesn't.

HTML fingerprinting

SHA-256 fingerprints detect unexpected structural changes to your pages. Know when a deploy alters page output you didn't intend to change.

Slack, email, SMS, webhook, PagerDuty, and Opsgenie — all dispatched independently. If one fails, the others still deliver.

Retry confirmation

2-of-3 retry confirmation before any alert fires. Transient glitches are filtered out. Near-zero false positives by design.

Fingerprint deduplication

SHA-256 fingerprints mean one problem creates one incident — not twenty. A 30-minute cooldown prevents alert storms.

Per-site routing

Override notification settings per site. Different sites can alert to different channels, recipients, or escalation paths.
