How client tagging works
Create tags
Type a tag name — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Tags are workspace-wide and available across all your sites.
Assign to sites
Tag sites individually from the site settings, or select multiple sites and bulk-tag them in one operation.
Filter your dashboard
Click any tag chip to filter the dashboard. Select multiple tags for OR-based filtering. Share the filtered URL with your team.
Review client health
The Client Health Summary card groups sites by tag and shows per-client status. Spot which clients need attention at a glance.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Client tagging and filtering are available on Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Bulk tagging is an admin-only operation available on all plans.
Up to 10 tags per site. Tags are lowercase slugs (letters, numbers, hyphens) and are shared across your workspace.
Yes. Tag a site with multiple labels — for example, both "acme-corp" and "staging" — and it appears when filtering by either tag.
Tag filtering uses OR logic. Selecting "acme-corp" and "brand-co" shows all sites that match either tag. This makes it easy to review multiple clients at once.
Yes. When you filter by tag, the URL updates with a query parameter (e.g. ?tag=acme-corp). Share that URL and your teammate sees the same filtered view.
